How It Works
From request to unlock code, here's what to expect.
1. Tell us about your device
Select your carrier, enter your IMEI (dial *#06# to find it), and confirm you're the lawful owner.
2. Pay in our store — or remotely
There is no online checkout. After you send your request, stop by the shop, tell us your order number and pay — we take cash, cards and tap-to-pay. Live too far away? Choose "I can't come in" on the form and we'll email you how to pay by Zelle, Cash App or a payment link. We start as soon as your payment is confirmed.
3. We place your order
We submit your request to our unlock supplier. Estimated processing time: 1–5 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion deadline.
4. Get your code
As soon as your code arrives, we email it to you along with simple instructions.
Important: This service does not change or repair an IMEI number, remove a lost or stolen report, bypass Activation Lock, cancel a device financing obligation, or guarantee that a device will be compatible with every wireless network. Carrier eligibility requirements may apply.
