Busy all day, or a cracked screen you can't take to the shop? Outside our shop hours we offer mobile repair: tell us what's wrong and where to meet — your home, dorm, workplace or a public place that suits you — and we'll confirm the time, the place and the price before we come.

2. We confirm
We contact you to confirm whether we can fix it at your location, the time, and the price (the repair plus the $35 visit fee). Nothing is booked until we confirm.
3. We come to you
At the time we agreed: early in the morning (6–9 AM) and in the evening, from 7:30 PM.

It depends on the device and the repair. We will tell you before we start whether we can do it on the spot or whether it needs to come back to the shop.
