Frequently asked questions
Do you come to our location?
Early in the morning (6–9 AM) and in the evening, from 7:30 PM, we offer mobile repair visits — see our Mobile Repair page. For regular visits to your business, tell us in the form what you would like. We will tell you what we can do for your situation before any work starts.
Can you invoice us instead of paying each time?
Tell us how you prefer to be billed. We will confirm what we can arrange before any work starts.
Is there a price for a larger number of devices?
For groups of devices we are happy to talk about pricing. Tell us roughly how many you have and which devices, and we will come back to you.
How long do repairs take?
Most phone and tablet repairs are completed same-day, often within 30-60 minutes while you wait. We agree on timing up front for bigger groups of devices.
Do repairs have a warranty?
Yes — our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor.
