1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of PhoneRepairAuburn ("we", "us", "our"), including our website and in-store repair services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Repair Services

We provide repair services for phones, tablets, gaming consoles, and computers. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates; final pricing is confirmed in-store after diagnosis. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss and recommend backing up your device before service.

3. Warranty

Repairs are covered by our warranty as described at the time of service. The warranty does not cover new physical or liquid damage occurring after the repair.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneRepairAuburn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Unlock Service Terms

The following additional terms apply specifically to our phone unlock service.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the device or are expressly authorized by the lawful owner to request the service. You further represent that the device has not been reported lost or stolen and was not acquired through fraud, theft or other unlawful activity.

We provide carrier/SIM unlocking and device-information services through authorized or contractually approved third-party suppliers. We do not change or clone IMEI numbers, remove lost or stolen reports, bypass Apple Activation Lock, eliminate financing obligations, or obtain access to carrier systems without authorization.

An unlock service does not release you from any contract, installment agreement, financing obligation or account balance owed to a carrier, retailer, lender or other party. You remain responsible for confirming that the device is eligible for unlocking and compatible with the network you intend to use.

We may request proof of purchase, identification, carrier account documentation or other evidence of lawful ownership. We may suspend, reject or cancel any order that presents a fraud, theft, sanctions, payment or legal-compliance risk.

Processing times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not a wireless carrier and cannot control carrier databases, eligibility decisions, network compatibility, policy changes or processing delays caused by third-party providers.
