“I’ve had screen replacement , battery replacement, and they help me reset my iPhone after it was disabled by my toddler THEY ARE THE BEST PHONE PLACE AROUND, I HIGHLY recommend them for any phone problem and I would recommend you talk to the technician Josh , they are all good in here but he helps me every time with no issue. Thanks!”

“10/10 I came to the store today ( March 15 2023) with a iPhone XR that had water damage along with some technical issues he work fast. Ran test in front of me. He was very professional. He reassured me that he was expert at his skills and handles things like this all the time. 10/10 would recommend good prices best place to go when you need to get your screen replaced or buy a phone.”

“I came in with damage to my phone, the young man was very prompt and courteous. I was impressed at his professionalism and the way he fixed my issue and showed me ways to protect my phone in the future. I ended up getting a protection case not only for my phone but one for my wife and my daughter. I have told all of my friends that if they need any help that this is where they need to go.”

“I ended up having a phone dilemma before going back home to Georgia so I searched for the nearest phone repair. I called, about an hour earlier and they were able to fix 2 of my iPhone 13’s within 30 minutes (I actually timed it, lol) of me coming to their location. It is located to the left of Five Guys. They communicated properly, were friendly, and moved with a sense of urgency. The price was reasonable and you can receive a discount on top of the price when you write a review!”

“The owner and his staff are absolutely amazing! Had an issue with an older iPhone that was resolved better than I could ever have expected about two years ago. I have needed their help on two more separate occasions and they have always served me ablely and well at a fair price. I treasure this merchant and would recommend to anyone in the Auburn area. Best cell repair store I have ever used and I have used many from TEXAS to Colorado to California over the last 30 plus years. I endorse them completely.”

“There is a reason they have 4.8 stars. Both of the people that assisted me, Casper was on the side and I cant for the life of me remember the other, but they were the best possible form of helpful someone could ask for. My phone had a problem after being fixed that wasn't necessarily their fault, but under the pretense that it could have possibly been them, he spent the next hour working on it, trying different methods, and getting advice from others in their field. Needless to say, 10 out of 10 service.”

“This was mine and wife’s first time being in this shop and let me say that Chris and Marshall are not only professional but they are hilarious, loads of fun, intelligent, and both have excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in the door I knew that we were all going to have an experience to remember. We could sense a great atmosphere as we walked through the door. These two young men were fast, and efficient and both paid attention to detail in everything from repairing the screen, to placing a new screen protector on the phone, to checking us out, all the way to cutting up from beginning to end. Highly recommend you go see Chris and Marshall for all your repair needs. They are not afraid to be human or to have a conversation about nothing just to laugh. I will be back again and who knows maybe even just to say hi and to see these two guys. Chris and Marshall you two deserve a raise, commission, and a bonus. Rockstars Daniel and Kimberly”
