How selling a used phone works

• Tell us the make, model and condition using the form below — or just walk in.
• We get back to you, usually within 24 hours, with an offer.
• Bring the phone to our shop. We check it matches what you told us, confirm the price, and you get paid.

How we judge condition

When you describe the phone we ask a few simple things, so the offer you hear is realistic:

• Like new — hardly any signs of use.
• Good — light wear, scratches you only see up close.
• Fair — noticeable wear on the body or screen.
• Poor — heavy wear or damage. Tell us what is wrong and we will let you know whether we can make an offer.

Why sell to a local shop

You deal with a real person at a real shop in downtown Auburn: you can ask questions, see the phone being checked, and be paid in person. No shipping a phone to a stranger and waiting for a quote to change when it arrives.

Before you bring it in

• Sign out of your Apple, Google or Samsung account — a phone still tied to your account cannot be resold.
• Back up your data, and ask us if you want help moving it to a new phone.
• Remove the SIM card and bring the charger and box if you have them.
